Data Confidentiality; in-house measures

We have strict in-house IT security policy to ensure client data confidentiality. Each transcriptionist and support staff has signed CNDA (Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements) to ensure client data secrecy. Transcription lab PCs do not have any external drives (CD, floppy etc.) installed. Internet access to the transcription staff is limited to few search engines (for searching latest drugs, terms etc.). Downloading or uploading of data, checking of emails is completely prohibited in the transcription lab.
