Rates and TAT

We charge 6¢ per line for digital hand held recorder dictations and 9¢ per line for toll free dictations. Standard MS Word utility of word count is used to calculate the characters with spaces. Our rates are based upon the line definition of 65 characters with spaces.

TURNAROUND

The normal delivery time for transcribed reports to our US based clients is 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time and it is valid for dictations dictated as late as 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time the previous night.
